- This course is designed to give you general parenting skills guidance and has not been customised to your unique needs and challenges that you may experience. Should you require a more tailor-made approach and guidance, you will need to contact Kidsbuzz by emailing courses@kidsbuzz.co.za directly to conduct your session in person.
- This course is not intended to diagnose or assess you or your child. You will need to consult with the relevant professional should you require more information on a possible diagnosis for your child or for an assessment to be conducted.
- You must answer all the questions in the course as honestly as possible in order to obtain the most benefit. This is especially important if you have selected an option to receive feedback based on your responses. Your responses will not impact whether you receive a certificate at the end of the course. Your answers will also not be used against you nor negatively impact you. The purpose of the course is to understand where you can make improvements in your parenting journey – and this is the first positive step at doing so.
- You will not be issued a certificate of completion if you do not answer all the questions in the spaces provided. Your certificate will be emailed to you once we have reviewed that you have completed the course, including the questions. Please allow up to 7 days for this.
- It is your responsibility to determine whether you are eligible for the online course or if you need to attend the course in person. This includes situations where attending the course is a court requirement. No refunds will be issued once you have accessed the course, should you later realize that in-person attendance is required.
- If you have accidentally purchased the online program but need to conduct the sessions in person, you will need to complete the online program and arrange in-person sessions with one of our team members to work through your responses to ensure you have grasped the material. This will come at an additional cost payable upfront on the day of your appointment.
